Wavith（以下简称「我们」）是一款帮助营销与品牌团队进行抖音达人发现、私信触达与跟进的浏览器扩展。本政策说明我们在你使用扩展和配套服务时如何收集、使用、存储与保护信息，以及你可以行使的权利。

1. 我们收集的信息

1.1 你主动提供的信息

  • 账户注册信息：登录所用的邮箱、手机号或第三方授权凭据（仅用于身份认证）。
  • 你创建的内容：保存到候选池的达人列表、自定义的私信文案模板、备注与标签。
  • 你发出的消息：通过 Wavith 触发的私信内容、回复策略配置。

1.2 扩展在你授权后自动收集的信息

  • 抖音页面公开数据：你在 douyin.com 浏览的视频与达人主页中的公开信息（昵称、粉丝数、互动率、近期内容等），用于匹配评分与候选池整理。
  • 操作行为日志：你在扩展内的点击、添加、发送等关键动作（用于功能改进与问题排查）。
  • 技术诊断数据：浏览器版本、扩展版本、报错堆栈、网络请求耗时。

1.3 我们不收集的信息

  • 不收集你抖音账户的密码或登录凭据。
  • 不收集与建联无关的私人聊天、个人文件或浏览历史。
  • 不在没有明确告知的情况下采集屏幕截图或键盘输入。

2. 信息的用途

  • 提供并维护扩展功能：达人发现、私信发送、对话跟进、候选池管理。
  • 账户认证与会话维持。
  • 改进产品体验：基于操作日志诊断 bug、优化匹配算法、迭代私信策略。
  • 客户支持：当你联系我们时，根据日志定位问题。
  • 履行法律义务：在适用法律要求时配合主管部门。

3. 信息存储与安全

你的候选池、私信模板等业务数据存储在我们运营的云端服务器（中国大陆境内，阿里云）。我们采取以下措施保护数据：

  • 传输层 TLS 加密（HTTPS）。
  • 数据库静态加密、访问受控、操作可审计。
  • 最小权限原则：员工仅在排查事故时按需访问。
  • 定期备份与灾难恢复演练。

账户认证 token 与少量本地偏好通过 chrome.storage 存储在你本机浏览器中，不会同步到 Chrome / Edge 云账户。

4. 第三方共享

我们不会出售、出租你的个人信息。仅在以下情形下与第三方共享数据：

  • 云基础设施服务商（阿里云）用于存储与计算，且与我们签署数据处理协议。
  • 当法律法规、法院命令或主管部门要求披露时。
  • 为保护用户、第三方或我们自身的合法权益时（仅限必要范围）。

我们不会将你的数据用于跨网站广告投放或转售给广告网络。

5. Cookie 与本地存储

扩展使用浏览器内置的 chrome.storage.local 存储登录态、偏好设置与少量缓存。我们不在第三方站点植入跟踪型 Cookie。官网 wavith.thiflow.com 不投放第三方广告或跨站跟踪脚本。

6. 你的权利

  • 访问与查询：你可以随时在扩展工作台内查看自己的全部业务数据。
  • 更正与删除：直接在扩展中编辑或删除候选池、私信模板等内容。如需删除账号及关联全部数据，请发邮件至下方联系方式。
  • 导出：你可以联系我们获取一份你账号下的数据导出文件。
  • 撤回授权：在浏览器扩展管理页移除 Wavith，即可立即停止所有本地数据采集。

7. 儿童隐私

本扩展面向商业与营销专业人士，不面向 14 岁以下未成年人。我们不会有意收集未成年人数据。

8. 政策变更

我们可能不定期更新本政策。重要修订将在官网与扩展内显著提示，并更新本页顶部的「最后更新」日期。继续使用扩展即视为接受变更后的政策。

Wavith ("we," "our," "us") is a browser extension that helps marketing and brand teams discover Douyin creators, send DMs, and follow up. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Wavith, and the rights you have over that information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Account credentials used to sign in (email, phone, or third-party auth tokens) — used for identity verification only.
  • Content you create: shortlist of creators, custom DM templates, notes, tags.
  • Messages you send: DM content and reply strategy configuration initiated via Wavith.

1.2 Information collected automatically (with your consent)

  • Public Douyin page data: public info on creator pages you visit at douyin.com (handle, follower count, engagement rate, recent posts) — used to score matches and populate your shortlist.
  • Activity logs: clicks, adds, sends, and other key actions inside the extension (for product improvement and debugging).
  • Technical diagnostics: browser version, extension version, error stack traces, request latency.

1.3 Information we do NOT collect

  • We do not collect your Douyin account password or login credentials.
  • We do not collect private chats, personal files, or browsing history unrelated to creator outreach.
  • We do not capture screenshots or keystrokes without explicit disclosure.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide and maintain extension features: creator discovery, DM sending, conversation follow-up, shortlist management.
  • To authenticate accounts and maintain sessions.
  • To improve the product: use activity logs to diagnose bugs, refine matching algorithms, iterate on outreach strategies.
  • For customer support: to investigate issues when you contact us.
  • To comply with legal obligations when required by applicable law.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your business data (shortlists, DM templates) is stored on cloud servers we operate (Alibaba Cloud, mainland China region). We protect data via:

  • TLS encryption in transit (HTTPS).
  • At-rest encryption, access controls, and audit logging.
  • Principle of least privilege: staff only access data on a need-to-investigate basis.
  • Regular backups and disaster recovery testing.

Authentication tokens and small UI preferences are stored locally via chrome.storage on your machine and are not synced to your Chrome / Edge cloud account.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data with third parties only in these cases:

  • Cloud infrastructure providers (Alibaba Cloud) for storage and compute, under a data processing agreement.
  • When required by law, court order, or government request.
  • To protect the legal rights of users, third parties, or ourselves, within the necessary scope.

We do not use your data for cross-site advertising or sell it to ad networks.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The extension uses the browser's chrome.storage.local for login state, preferences, and small caches. We do not place tracking cookies on third-party sites. Our website at wavith.thiflow.com does not run third-party ads or cross-site trackers.

6. Your Rights

  • Access: view all your business data inside the extension's workspace at any time.
  • Correct & delete: edit or delete shortlists, templates, etc. directly in the extension. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address below.
  • Export: contact us for an export of your data.
  • Withdraw consent: remove Wavith from your browser's extension manager to immediately stop all local data collection.

7. Children's Privacy

This extension is aimed at marketing and business professionals and is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on our website and inside the extension, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the extension after a change constitutes acceptance.
